PokerPath respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on PokerPath infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it (e.g., the URL).
4. Your contact information — name, address, email, and phone number.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

Repeat infringers

PokerPath may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, where appropriate.
